Reinforcement with glass fiber, asbestos fiber, carbon fiber, titanium, etc., of which the glass fiber-based, improve nylon heat resistance, dimensional stability, rigidity, mechanical properties (tensile strength and bending strength) and so on.
Toughening of nylon PA6 plastic granules, also known as high-impact nylon toughened nylon, nylon 66, nylon 6 as the base, through the toughness of polymer blends with graft method of the system.
Although the strength, rigidity, heat resistance than nylon mother declined, but the impact strength can be increased by 10 times, and has excellent wear resistance and dimensional stability.
